Remember, hiring one who lives in the other state or another city is really expensive. Imagine, you still have to provide them air and land transportation, hotel rooms, and food. Being in a situation where you need to keep a tight budget does not just goes well with this kind of idea.

You may hire a small one with fewer members. Maybe, a band with three to four members will be enough. This number of heads can already give you the kind of music you would want to have in the wedding. With this you can now have a good vocalist, lead guitarist, bass player, and a drummer.

There is no need for you to hire one like an orchestra except if you could afford to have them and are not keeping a tight budget. Having a keyboardist, a wind instrument player, and extra singers can really be great but are they really necessary. Remember, more players mean bigger cost.
