Talk to your coach on a regular basis and let him/her understand what you are looking to gain from the program. They will guide you with the exercises and nutrition that you need to adopt. You coach will also help to gauge your progress and areas that need to be improved.

After you have done all the basics and become good at doing them, you should start working on creativity. You need to stand out from the crowd, and it is only through creativity that you can do that. Combine the basic moves until you achieve something really great.
