The character that you want, you can only get by being yourself. Do not look for the acknowledgment of the judges. Let them give it to you. You should maintain your acting role during the audition in the normal way. Overdoing the parts may lead to your disqualification. Judges are looking for those who will produce the best act that will be entertaining and not the exaggerated once. Wait for them to give you their final word. Do not rush them to it.

When going for the auditions, make sure you have memorized the lines. It is relevant because it is the best way for you to get the final role. Dressing up for the auditions may be a way of getting all the attention you need from the judges. Practice regularly for the auditions before the actual day of the final.

Give true and accurate information about yourself. The information you give in your resume is what will be used to select you for the part. Ensure that the resume is completed in the correct and accurate way. It should be short and precise. Avoid giving information that is not relevant to the director or the agency that is conducting the auditions.
