The reason why such an attire is worn is to cover your body when you go out in public. It should be a very loose fitting gown that does not make your body curves visible at all. Unfortunately, in the name of fashion, many women wear tight fitting gowns that do not look modest at all. Although, you have the right to choose any kind of style but whilst remaining modest.

There are distinctive sorts of styles accessible when it comes to Islamic clothing. Some ladies favour wearing only a head scarf with it while other additionally wear a face veil. Women can be fined or punished according to the law if they do not wear such an attire. Its a wrong assumption made by people that Islam is a very strict religion and suppresses women. The only thing to understand is that, this religion ask men as well as women to follow some specific guidelines whether they are regarding living or wearing clothes.

Although there are plenty of colours available but mostly women wear black colour abayas. It depends on your personal preference whether you opt for a plain and simple design or something a bit fancy. From embroidered gowns to glittering ones the variety available is just endless. The most common materials used to make this attire include silk, crepe, and other flowing materials.

There is a certain amount of religious importance attached to wearing of abaya according to the teachings of Islam. Women are restricted to display themselves in front of other men and they should make every effort to protect their beauty no matter what happens.

In this manner, Islamic clothing fashion abaya is picking up its importance among Muslim females not only those who reside in Muslim countries but other parts of the world as well. In spite of the fact that ladies are intended to hide their physique yet that does not limit them from following most recent fashion trends while keeping in mind that they need to dress modestly.
