Why Inner Reflections IL Oregon Is What We Need For Emotional Healing

By Michelle Clark

Have you ever wondered why you feel pain and sorrow deep within? There is always a reason even though each one is from a different cause. This is my story on how I found my pain and released it. How the release has healed my life and relationships. I have always felt like I was being persecuted and have never been able to trust anyone. When you come from a dysfunctional family and can't even trust your own mother or father how can you trust anyone else? Well, we have the answer at the inner reflections IL Oregon city.

When we look at the reflection within our core we have the power to change the story around us. Pay close attention to the mirror. Be aware that if you do not like yourself, you will bump into people who will reflect this back at you.

If thoughts as we know it, slowed down or momentarily took the backseat what would happen? If the repetitive and automatic movements of worry, hope, wanting and not wanting did not exhaust the brain daily, what would come of the vast energy accrued?

What sorts of brain activity would then be? Would a creative way of thinking blossom? What do you say to these questions? Of course, if one has not had a direct experience as such, what answer one comes up with would be mere ideas and theories-meaning more thoughts. But still, do these questions even interest one? Or is one so caught and addicted to thinking that cannot even consider these?

Duality has created 'separation' in partnerships of all kinds. As a collective, we need to shift the way we relate to one another. However, to change the state of the world to unity consciousness begins with-IN each one of us. And what would that picture look like? And where would it begin? With you and me.

One day a hungry pregnant tigress runs into a group of goats grazing about. Being very hungry it makes a hasty ferocious attack, but it falls off the hilltop, breaks its neck and dies. Goats seeing the tiger's attack, all scatter around.

I would point out one caution to those who want to explore their inner spirituality. Once a person has reflected on important life issues, he or she must then do something with what has been learned. When we ignore the truth that we know deep inside, we begin to suffer inwardly. When we finally come to a place where we know what we should do, then we must take action.

The deeper you embrace the richness of what all your experiences have taught you, both positive and negative, a sweetness, or 'bitter-sweet Knowing' of peace and understanding will embrace you. Then you suddenly realize how one incident in your early life, impacted your whole way of operating in the world.
