Someone once said that people do not have souls. They are souls. They have bodies. The soul arises from the fusion of individual minds, spirits and bodies. These often appear as separate from one another but are essentially one. They are the same thing in the form of differing disguises. In other words, the physical, the subtle and the casual are three realms of individual existence exist as one. Should an individual discern separation of these, they discern illusions. What Sanskrit call Maya. They need to welcome to the real world into their lives and embrace the power of soul.
A persons connection to their God rests deep within them. It is beneath their physical existence and earthly flesh. This is irrespective of whom the person discerns God to be, be it Jesus, Allah, Krishna, the invisible being, the universe or divine creator. Most people often forget this as each day unfolds. They think they are human beings who occasionally have magnificent spiritual experiences while they are in fact children of God having amazing human experiences as spiritual beings.
A celebration of these needs to happen each day. Differing aspects of our being needs celebration. Our physical body, our hearts, souls and intellect need celebration too. Above all this, everyone requires to celebrate oneness. Oneness of our emotional, physical and spiritual aspects. That oneness that people share with each other.
To start the process, the individual needs taking one deep low and long breathe in. The person will feel the breath going deep into the belly. Just before exhaling, its turning around will be felt. At precisely that moment of turning around is pure stillness and silence. This is the gap existing between inhaling and exhaling. It marks a differentiation between in and out where no activity exists. It is not in neither is it out. It is simply there. It neither is the beginning of exhalation nor is it the end of inhalation.
The knowledge that people have this stillness within themselves as a basic component of each breath they take allows a connection. This is the connection between their physical realm and the stillness within their bodies.
Every cell in our bodies is growing and moving, expanding and continuously in motion, yet we have a physical process happening every twenty-five to five seconds. That is a stillness between each breathe. An ability for connection to this stillness forms a path to our oneness in spiritual, intellectual, heart and physical essence.
As an individual breathes in, a feeling of connection to a sacred and precious moment of presence occurs where our futures and our pasts are not in existence. This defines that moment when the individual discerns the connection to the divine, to the non-local realm. The person is now whole, pure, infinite, unbounded and perfect. They possess infinite organizing power, creative potential, and exist beyond time and space.
If a person is struggling with emotional or health challenges, they would be turning to a special something when they recognized the sweet fusion. That fusion consists of five ambit in their existence. They are the physical, emotional, relationship, material and spiritual. Bringing in all of them leads to a feeling of connection or oneness. This is the power of the persons soul.
