The concept of how to turbans is ingrained deeply in the traditional wear of the country. These are mainly made of cotton which is the most comfortable fabric to prevent the head from sweating. These are widely worn across the Middle East and the Southern part of Asia. These have also been worn by different elasticities and are commonly seen on the heads of those who have Sikh faith.

For the Hindus, most of them are beginning to have something that they have in common. This head wear bear a religious meaning and are usually worn on important religious celebrations. These can be decorated in a variety of ways and among those is the dying of the fabric in one color and are then bordered with a contrasting color. Many of these can come in many shapes, sizes and colors as well. Tying this one would require to put on a cap which is an option to prevent stray wisp of hair from showing when the tying is finished. A strip of clothing that is twenty inches wide and are usually made of cotton is used. Cotton is most preferred because it allows air and is less hot when worn.

These were then fashionable in Europe during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. These are then evidenced by the paintings that were made during the time. The fad was also accompanied by the general interest in the culture in the Ottoman Empire. Today, it has been the source of discrimination due to the lack of understanding of the people behind the clothing.

In India, these are worn by men and there are specific styles that pertains to the religion and the class of the people in the country. These usually vary in shape and color which can be interpreted symbolically by the group of people who are in it. Many proclaim that this is a symbol of honor that they must look forward to it.

Knowing how to Turban has been a pride of many devout Sikhs and those that practice religion that originated from the middle east. There is a wide belief that there would be some people that can consider this thing something that they would want to have.
