Know More About Gay Orthodox Jews

By Karina Frost

Orthodox parents of all gay children tend to feel so isolated when it comes to this issue but this must not be the case. There should be a retreat for all of them to talk about their LGBT children. They must not feel secluded in the community because they are still part of it and their kids deserve the right treatment.

Dealing well with the gay children has to be done indeed in a good manner. The retreat must teach the parents the right method of dealing with the problems. Everything should be done in a good way to avoid making them worse. It is also right to introduce to them the gay Orthodox Jews book.

It will offer them great chance of being part of the community again despite everything. It is also good to instill in them the hope that is needed. The conference that will be done can ensure that everything will work fine as much as possible. The major reason for this conference is to talk about the issues that they have.

This is for them to speakregarding their problems and to express their feelings of loneliness regarding the fact that not all people in the community can accept their children. A lot of people fail to discuss what it really meant to have a child that is gay especially to their relatives, friends and church leaders. This problem must be addressed well therefore in a perfect way.

As soon as he reveals the secret, the parent might take this as a very serious matter and hide it against the people. This is not advisable however for some reasons since it could go harder in the part of both the kid and the parent. It could affect the future of every child as well.

Hiding is the major outcome when it has something to do with their co Orthodox Jews. They see homosexuality as a great sin based on the Torah. The discussion may begin by determining the purpose of their lives. It is perfect to understand the teachings and every word of faith given to them.

Every discussion must be done really well to avoid series of complications as a result. The issues will be discussed based on what is being experienced by the person. Every issue may vary depending on the situation. Things have to be discussed well therefore to get rid of worse circumstances.

The Torah takes homosexuality as a sinful act punishable by death. A relationship between two men is considered as an abhorrent act that is punishable by death. This is why parents of those children are struck with a major combination of love or wanting to accept him for what he is and the need to really belong.

It is normal to have this fear of isolation which must be dealt well with. It is a fact that your LGBT child is something that you are ashamed or not proud of but you should not let it happen all the time. This could result to major problems along the way which is not good of course.
