Blu Cigs Music And Intelligence Come Together

By Isabella Amberville

Music has been a part of our daily lives even in the ancient times. Ever since then, music has played a very important role in our lives, just as blu cigs reviews have made some differences in our lives. However, there has been a recent discovery regarding the music's role in making our minds sharper than they have been.

When I was watching the news the yesterday (May 10, 2011), I had been interested by the news about music's role in ensuring a sharper mind. I haven't caught up with many of what the reporter said, and so I did a little research. It had been there which I discovered how childhood music lessons might be beneficial throughout one's lifetime. Here are some from the facts which i have gathered.

In a study published in a journal of Neuropsychology, individuals who took music lessons throughout their childhood years fared better in intelligence tests, as well as for people who still play musical instruments, a sharper mind in senior years could be expected. It might seem absurd regarding how music could affect one's cognitive ability, but there seems to be considered a good explanation with this.

Based on Dr. Brenda Hanna-Pladdy from the University of Kansas Medical Center, learning how to play musical instruments function as a good form of cognitive exercise because this could create alternative connections within the brain, compensating for cognitive declines as we age. However, further studies still needs to be done to prove this.

Within the study, seventy healthy adults have been grouped based on their musical experience. It has been found out those who had longer years of musical training scored higher in cognitive tests than those who have not played instruments. However, as said in journals, and in the blu cigs review, the preliminary study was co-relational, meaning along a person's musical training could or couldn't be directly related to one's cognitive ability. Thus, further have to be done in order to have an answer to this.

It is indeed nice to understand that music, aside from the fact that it could be one type of relaxation, could also have beneficial effects cognitively. Though the findings are still inconclusive, the news seems promising enough to allow ourselves, to engage in music lessons. It doesn't matter what instrument we would like to play, or what blu cigs coupon we are holding. What matters is that we are enjoying and also at the same time taking advantage of our time.
