What the Apple MacBook Pro Winter 2011 Notebook Has to Offer

By Aaron Yamasaki Xavier

One computer that is making headlines as of late is the Apple MacBook Pro Winter 2011 Notebook. Although Apple is more known for its iPhones and iPad, it is also selling many notebook computers at the same time. Although this assessment will present both good and bad aspects of the Apple MacBook Pro, it is also designed to help you make an educated decision about this product.

Although Apple computers are extremely reliable, the main fear possessed by many is that their favorite programs will not operate using the Macintosh OS. This fear is dispelled because of the advent of Boot Camp software on the Apple MacBook Pros that allow you to run these programs.

Actually, Mac computers have had this capability for a few years, but many people still aren't aware of it and don't realize that you don't have to sacrifice Windows capability when you buy a Mac. There is an additional cost, buying Windows for your computer, that you have to pay in order for the Apple software to work. Many software programs are Mac friendly making it one less choice you have to think about before purchasing an Apple computer.

This technology also allows you to connect between multiple devices and the transfer rate is still very fast. 20 times faster than typical USB 2.0 port transfer, Thunderbolt is a step beyond typical transfer speeds that you are used to on most PCs. Thunderbolt technology is relatively new, and therefore not too many devices are compatible with it making it questionable in regard to whether or not you should invest in it or it

The Multi-Touch trackpad of the Apple MacBook Pro makes it simple and intuitive to interact with your computer without the use of a mouse. You will no longer have to worry about not having a mouse with this notebook because of this innovative and easy to use trackpad. In fact, Apple now is installing this trackpad on many of its desktops because of its versatility. Although many people have apprehension about using a trackpad, they end up liking it just as much as a mouse most of the time. Using your finger, you will be able to control everything on the computer screen which makes it very easy and user-friendly.

Apple has a reputation for consistently improving and upgrading their products and, as we've shown you in this article, they are continuing in that tradition with the Apple MacBook Pro Winter 2011 Notebook. In the final analysis, would you benefit a great deal by replacing your 2010 MacBook Pro Notebook with the Winter 2011 Notebook? In our opinion, most likely not. You just have to weigh the benefits and decided for yourself. Whether you owned a MacBook Notebook a long time ago, or even if you never owned one, when you observe all the things it can do, you will be pleasantly surprised.
